Slate-Lite brings 100% natural stone to the facade with a material thickness of only approx. 1.5 mm and significantly less weight than solid natural stone slabs. On professionally installed external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS), the stone veneer is bonded as the final surface layer onto the reinforced mineral substrate.
Thanks to its low weight and straightforward processing, even large facade areas can be completed quickly. Structurally sound existing facades can also be upgraded with Slate-Lite without requiring a complete rebuild. The result is a durable, frost-resistant and UV-tested facade cladding made from real natural stone – without the elaborate substructure required for conventional natural stone facades.

Slate-Lite simplifies the installation of a natural stone facade at several critical stages. The sheets can be transported without heavy lifting equipment, cut directly on site using a circular saw, jigsaw, oscillating multi-tool or angle grinder, and precisely adapted around window reveals, building corners and connection details.
Because there are no massive stone slabs to move and generally no complex mechanical substructure to install, installation work, site logistics and structural loads are significantly reduced. Large facade areas can be completed quickly, while details can be adjusted directly on site.
The system also offers clear advantages for renovation projects. If the existing facade is dry, structurally sound and professionally prepared, it can often remain in place. This avoids unnecessary removal work, reduces waste and shortens construction time. The result is a real natural stone facade with more predictable workflows and considerably less installation effort.
